Small Business Thanksgiving

Small Business Thanksgiving

The sweet spot between Canadian and American Thanksgiving has landed and we’ve had some time to think about what small and medium businesses have to give thanks for. We’re thankful for ABW (Activity Based Work), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) & ICT (Information Communications Technology) providing a small business breakthrough. We’re also thankful for acronyms because IT is a business of many wordy terms.

Today ICT has enabled BPO to scale ABW down from the domain of global enterprises to the needs of small business allowing us to compete at levels beyond the previous capabilities of in-house resources. From inserting temporary missing business capabilities like “project management” to scaling capabilities like “business development” to delegating non-core processes like “business prospecting” or “bookkeeping”, small business leadership can plug & play skill-based processes from across the street, across the nation or even across the ocean.

Remote skilling & Cloud data management with visual workflow, changes more than the complexion of the enterprise, it opens the door for small business to step up our game. Embracing digital workflows is a game changer that gets beyond distributed work and paperless reporting to become boundary-less.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to play it forward and upward.

To see how BIT can help you embrace newer tech and business process, no thanks needed, call us (416-646-1690)!
